Manus O'Donnell - 1st Dan

Manus receiving his Black Belt from Derry Judo Legends - Jimmy Lyttle & Brendan McDaid

A big heart felt congratulations from everyone at Samurai Uladh to Manus O'Donnell who has received his Black Belt.

While Manus was awarded his 1st Dan at the last grading he has only received it from the club last Thursday night at Burnfoot from two great Derry judo men Jimmy Lyttle and Brendan McDaid.

Manus is delighted to achieve this honor and he is great example of what perserverance and dedication can achieve to everyone in the Club.

Well Done Manus!
